Frank supports the Under Secretary, Acquisition, Technology and Logistics in executing department-wide Defense acquisition workforce strategic planning, policy and program responsibilities. Frank is a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College, Air Command Staff College, Industrial College of the Armed Forces, and has a masters and bachelors degree (Cum Laude) in business. He is a retired Brigadier General, United States Air Force. As Vice President of Defense Acquisition University he led the strategic planning process that shaped the current DAU. He has served as a major weapon system program director, product group manager, director of contracting for a major acquisition center, commander of a plant representative office, and warranted contracting officer. He is Level III certified in Program Management and Contracting. Frank is the recipient of the Department of Defense Distinguished Civilian Service Award and he received the Distinguished Presidential Rank Award in 2007.

Kim holds a Doctorate in Education specializing in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University.

In this role, he leads the company’s effort to ensure Lowe’s has a pipeline of talent capable of achieving its strong growth and expansion strategies for years to come. Coco has more than a decade of experience in learning and development and organization performance at Microsoft, KLA-Tencor and GE, where he held numerous leadership roles in engineering, business development, sales, general management and organizational learning. Tamar is responsible for defining the overall learning and development strategic direction for QUALCOMM. Her scope of leadership includes global learning, executive/leadership development, technical development, employee communications, organization development and learning technology for more than 15,000 QUALCOMM employees worldwide. Tamar created the Learning Center within QUALCOMM in 1992 to meet the learning and development needs in a rapidly growing and changing high technology environment. Today, the focus of her organization is to continually bridge the gap between learning and information to improve both individual and organizational performance. The QUALCOMM Learning Center operates as an internal consulting function within the organization, which provides business divisions with innovative solutions in both learning, organizational development and communications that impact business results. In 2007 she co-authored the first book on the CLO’s role; “The Chief Learning Officer, Driving Value within a Changing Organization Through Learning and Development”. Tamar holds both a MS and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology.

In addition to his ongoing oversight of LMS operations and other learning technologies, he recently led the creation of a talent management technology strategy for TDBFG, partnering with stakeholders from across the organization.  Colin holds a BS from the University of Guelph, a Bachelor in Education from Nipissing University, a Graduate Certificate in Interactive Multimedia from Sheridan College, and an MA in Education for Teaching, Learning and Curriculum from the University of Toronto.

Prior to that Karen held a number of progressive finance positions at Rogers and IBM including managing a shared financial operations center. Mary is responsible for KPMG’s Global Performance Management process known as ”Dialogue“. Dialogue has been deployed in 90 countries to 113,000 employees and partners. Mary joined KPMG in 1997 as part of the Information Technology Group supporting HR. In 2003, Mary moved into the Global HR organization to perform a cross functional role in both business HR and technical HR. Mary’s education includes a BA and a Master’s degree in Business from Dallas Baptist University. In 2007, Mary earned her Doctorate in Business Administration in strategic IT. She is currently working on her second doctoral specialization in HR at Nova Southeastern University.

She joined Freeman in 1996 at their audiovisual services division, where she created and developed their first comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees at multiple levels.

Tricia’s experience in talent management includes new leader on-boarding, high potential development, performance management, career development, leadership coaching, and talent review and succession planning. Upon early retirement, from SBC, Tricia served as project consultant at Providian Financial, where she facilitated the development of the company’s first, board-level succession plan. In addition to her work at St. Joseph Medical Center, Tricia is President of R&M Development Associates, LLC, a health and safety consulting and development company.
